Young Adults

For many, the security of having a balanced and steady routine or schedule is natural and commonplace. Though for many young adults- Generation Xer's and Millennial's, the ideals of "security", "routine", and "commonplace" are often much less defined or understood. Schedules change frequently and sometimes randomly; while the transmission of information or communication is instantaneous, the interpretation is often adaptable or up-for-discussion. So what does this mean? Why does it matter? How does it affect the Church?

The Young Adult Ministries [YAM] of Castleton Church of the Nazarene exist to serve and share in the life and culture of those Gen Xer's and Millennial's (Post-high school: 18-35 years of age). We exist to love all through the fellowship and discipleship of the community of believers (Acts 2:42-47)... And We long to share the unchanging Truth of the Gospel in a very uncertain and changing world.
